This Privacy Policy describes how Leal Systems LLC ("we", "us"), a Florida limited liability company based in Miami, FL, collects and uses information through our own website and through the intake forms, phone lines, and messaging systems we build and operate on behalf of our clients (local service businesses).
We collect contact and project details that you choose to submit: your name, phone number, email address, and the details of your request (for example, a project description, ZIP code, photos, timeframe, or budget). This information reaches us through our own contact and booking forms, and through the intake forms, calls, and messaging systems that we operate on our clients' behalf. We use it solely to respond to the request it was submitted with: to review a project, schedule or confirm an appointment, follow up on an estimate, or answer a question. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell it.
Calls to our own phone lines are answered by an AI assistant, and every call starts with a notice that it is recorded. We record and transcribe these calls, and we do the same for conversations with any chat on our website. We keep the recording, the transcript and a short summary to answer the person who reached out and to improve how we answer future calls and chats. We do not use them for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell them. You can ask us to delete a recording or transcript at any time using the contact details below.
Some of the systems we operate send SMS text messages to consumers who provided their phone number and gave consent (for example, by checking a consent box on an intake form).
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding service providers acting on our behalf.

Our own website uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. Google Analytics counts visits and shows which pages and buttons are used and where visitors come from. Both place cookies in your browser and receive technical data such as your device type, browser, approximate location and the pages you view. We use trusted service providers to operate our intake and communications systems (for example form providers, SMS/voice platforms, and email delivery services), each acting only on our instructions to deliver the services described above.
